The Grind Fitness is a functional training, boxing, and endurance facility in the heart of Eagle Canyon, Honeydew. We combine strength training, boxing, and endurance work into structured 55-minute sessions that challenge every aspect of your fitness.
With a strict cap of 15 members per class, every session is coached, personalised, and intentional. Whether you are starting your fitness journey or pushing for competition-level performance, our programming scales to meet you exactly where you are.

Every session Errol runs is intentional. No filler sets, no music-and-mirror gym culture. Just structured work, tight technique, and the kind of coaching that makes 55 minutes count. He coaches every class himself.
